Refund policy

Personalized items are not returnable. Please check measurements and size charts carefully before placing your order. If you receive an item that has an error or is damaged in shipping, please notify us within five business days. If there is a mistake on our part, we will replace an item whenever possible. If an item is defective upon receipt, we will request verification of the defect via return or photo (including photos of packaging if damaged) and will provide a replacement upon verification. Refunds or replacements cannot be given for merchandise damaged due to wear and tear.
