If you receive an item that has an error or is damaged in shipping, please notify us within five days of receipt of the order. If there is a mistake on our part, we will replace the item whenever possible. If an item is defective, we will request verification of the defect via return or photo (including photos of packaging if damaged) and will provide a replacement upon verification.
Refunds or replacements cannot be given for merchandise damaged due to wear and tear.
Orders begin the production process as soon as they are received so refunds cannot be issued once an order is placed.
Personalized items are not returnable. Please check measurements and size charts carefully before placing your order.
