Processing and Shipping Information

We are so thankful for our customers and strive to make your experience a happy one. Please review our processing, shipping and order policies below.

Order Processing Times

• All orders are custom made to order specifications.

• Normal processing time is for your order to ship out in 7-10 business from the order date if complete personalization details are provided with the order. Business days are Monday-Friday.

• Rush processing may be available upon request for an added fee, please email info@happythoughts.us to inquire about rush processing options before placing an order.

Shipping

• Orders will typically ship by USPS first-class mail or priority mail, depending on package weight. Some orders may ship by FedEx home delivery.

• The average shipping time for First-Class Mail is 3-5 days and for Priority Mail it is 2-3 days. Shipping upgrades change the shipping method only, not the production time.

• Please carefully review your shipping address before placing order. Orders valued over $100 may require a signature upon receipt. Be sure to provide the correct shipping address on both your Paypal account and your Happy Thoughts order. We cannot be responsible for packages not received if the wrong address is provided or for requests for address changes once an order has been placed.

• Currently, we only ship to the United States. Please send a message if you are interested in an item with international shipping. International shoppers will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes and duties that may be incurred.

• If you are in the Little Rock, Arkansas area and want to pick up your item, please use the code LOCAL72205 and the shipping fee will be waived and arrangements can be made for pick up at our studio during business hours.

Ordering Questions

If we have a question about your order instructions, you will be contacted by email. If no response is received in a timely manner, we will use our best judgment on creating the item(s.) If you have questions about your order, please review the FAQ page to see if your question is addressed there. If you still have a question, please contact us and provide your order number so that we can address your questions.

Payments and Coupons

All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed. Since all items are custom made, orders will not be processed without payment. All coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase and refunds will not be issued for coupons not entered at check out. We accept Direct Checkout and PayPal for payment.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order! If you receive an item that has an error or is damaged in shipping, please notify us within five days of receipt of the order. If there is a mistake on our part, we will replace the item whenever possible. If an item is defective upon receipt, we will request verification of the defect via return or photo (including photos of packaging if damaged) and will provide a replacement upon verification. Refunds or replacements cannot be given for merchandise damaged due to wear and tear. Orders begin the production process as soon as they are received so refunds cannot be issued once an order is placed. Personalized items are not returnable. Please check measurements and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Other Terms and Conditions

Photographs of finished product are often used for examples for future sales.  If you do not want your item to be photographed for future promotions, please advise when you place your order.

Information regarding suppliers, techniques and equipment is proprietary.
